All of our quotes are for door to door shipping. This is convenient service that comes at no extra cost to you, our valued customers. If you need a terminal at either your pick up location or delivery location, we can find one for you at an additional charge. This charge varies from terminal to terminal.
Our door to door service means that the truck will get as close as it can legally and safely get. If your street or a street that must be taken to get to yours is narrow, has low hanging trees, or weight restrictions, the driver may ask for you to meet at a local store or large parking lot.
Once we have a driver for your order, you will be contacted by that driver to arrange pickup and delivery times and to get any special directions he will need. It will also be determined at that time if you will need to meet the driver somewhere if he can not get to your house.
